Zeelandnet is the biggest internet provider in Zeeland.
Build very important pieces of the Rijckholt Application. This is a Visual Basic project with which the organization created their own CRM program. Developed several important components of the program such as: management information, payment information and correspondence.
Moreover managed a group of 7 persons, with several responsibilities on manager level. Because the call-centre was not in same municipality, I also build web variant of the CRM program. I build this in ASP, so information could be consulted by a fast and secure line.
